TELSTORM was retained as the civil engineering consultant to complete a thorough condition audit and survey the existing parking lot and associated roadways within the facility and provide a feasibility study for repair options. For the next project stage, the option to completely resurface the entire parking lot was selected and TELSTORM facilitated the design of the new asphalt pavement structure for the entire lot.
