TELSTORM was retained as “Prime Consultant” for this project, offering project management, architectural and structural design services in house to complete a recladding and renewal of the apartment building’s exterior facade. Due to the existing brick façade being compromised on the south elevation (and eventual failure), our structural team designed a steel ”exoskeleton” frame to replace the brick cladding on the north and south elevations of the building.
