Complete tenant fit-out of 160,000 SF over seven floors in a newly constructed commercial office building in downtown Montreal. Our work consisted of full interior design services, including space planning, finishes selection, tender drawings, contract administration and field review. We also acted as Prime Consultant and carried mechanical, electrical and communications sub-consultants. A “feature” 5-story cantilevered staircase was designed to encourage spontaneous conversation and connections to other floors and adds a sculptural element to the space that is dramatic and brand-themed.
