Complete tenant fit-out of 30,000 SF over three floors in an existing commercial office building in downtown Ottawa. Our work consisted of full interior design services, including space planning, finishes selection, tender drawings, permitting, contract administration and field review. We also acted as Prime Consultant and carried mechanical, electrical and communications sub-consultants.
