TELSTORM was contracted to design 13,500 SF of IDC expansion equipment space within a 30,000 SF floor plate in an existing telecom space. Our design incorporated a new 400A electrical service and distribution, 8-30T Liebert air conditioning units, raised access floor, new pre-action sprinkler system, BAS control upgrades, power upgrades, additional lighting, installation of STS, POU, RPP electrical equipment and security system upgrade
