Provided the design and implementation services to replace the roof systems required for replacement as well as repairs to the building facades. In total 44,000sqft of roof replaced over three buildings. The three buildings were the Reception/Administration Building, Auditorium, and Elementary School. The existing roof systems were replaced with either a 2 ply SBS mod bit system or a 4-ply conventional built up roof system. For the building façade, the scope of work incorporated the repairs and repointing to the stone and brick. Total area of repairs was 5,000sqft.
