Structural design for a 3,000 SF exterior one-story addition to an existing maintenance yard facility. Addition consisted of concrete foundations, load-bearing masonry walls and steel joists for roof structure. Aggressive timelines resulting in significant field reviews, were a major factor in completing this project to ensure maintenance activities were minimally affected.

TELSTORM was retained by TELUS to rehabilitate their existing 75,000 SF employee parking lot. Scope of work included complete pavement removal, sub-base and sub-grade preparation, installation of new asphalt structure, concrete curbs and pavement markings. Contract administration and materials testing were also completed during entire project.
