Provide feasibility, design and implementation services for the restoration of the building façade and entrances at the heritage designated building in Belleville, Ontario. The scope of work related to the building façade incorporated the re-setting of limestone blocks, re-pointing of limestone mortar, replacement of damaged and deteriorated bricks and replacement of spalling mortar. The scope of work related to the entrances incorporated the restoration of the granite stairs at the west and north entrances, replacement of the stairs, landing and ramp at the east entrance and replacement of all the handrails guardrails at all entrances.
