TELSTORM conduct a close up, “snap shot”, inspection of the building envelope to determine state of repairs and identify current and potential problems and concerns. Based on the assessment, the limestone façade had significant areas of mortar deterioration and limestone bowing. As a result, TELSTORM provided the design and implementation to repair the areas of deteriorating mortar and bowing limestone blocks.
