TELSTORM was retained by BGIS to rectify a flooding problem at one of their call centres due to undersized rain water distribution system. As a result, a large underground 910 m3 “holding chamber” was designed under the existing parking lot to retain rainwater runoff and slowly discharge to municipal system. The internal rain water drainage system was also upgraded.
