Complete tenant fit-out of 27,000 SF in a newly constructed commercial office building in downtown St John’s. Our work consisted of full interior design services, including space planning, finishes selection, tender drawings, permitting, contract administration and field review. We also acted as Prime Consultant and carried mechanical, electrical and communications sub-consultants.
