TELSTORM was requested to perform a feasibility analysis and detailed structural design for the installation of a new elevator to service a condo redevelopment project in downtown Toronto. Structural work consisted of foundation engineering, elevator cab and shaft support, reinforcing of existing concrete slabs and modifications to entrances to allow for the additional space required for the elevator.
