Conducted feasibility, design and implementation services for the envelope repairs to the Guelph Correctional Complex. The heritage designated centre, constructed circa 1911, comprises of over 10 multi-storey buildings in which an assessment of the building envelope, mechanical system and electrical system was completed. The purpose of the assessment was to complete a detailed visual overview on the aforementioned building envelope and building systems, identify building components and systems requiring repairs and determine current and potential problems and concerns. The recommendations presented in the assessment were initiated into the design and construction phases and included façade, roofing and fenestration repairs and replacements along with electrical and mechanical upgrades.
