Provided the design and implementation services for the building envelope repairs to the Ministry of Natural Resources Building in Clinton, Ontario. The project included for the complete replacement of the brick facade along with structural repairs at the main entrance, the replacement of all windows with new thermally broken window units, the replacement of the storefront doors, the revisions to the buildings and the sites storm water drainage, and re-designing of the exterior pathways.
