Provided the design and implementation services for the replacement of various roof areas and restoration of the brick facade at the Bracebridge Courthouse. The existing roof system was replaced with a two ply modified bituminous roof system. In total, 10,000sqft of roof system was replaced across 5 roofs. Along with the roof replacement, new parapet flashing, roof drains inserts, roof ladders and roof vents were provided. The brick façade restoration incorporated the repointing of the mortar and the replacement of the damaged bricks around the front elevation of the courthouse.
