TELSTORM was retained as the structural consultant to complete an assessment and ultimately a rehabilitation design for the severely corroded and delaminated concrete columns in the basement mechanical room. TELSTORM completed tender ready drawings outlining the loads to be supported by the temporary shoring and the location of the shoring to avoid existing services, in addition to concrete column repair drawings and specifications.
