TELSTORM was retained as the building science consultant for a brick recladding project. Following removal of the brick façade at certain areas, it was apparent that there was extensive corrosion of the structural steel columns and beams in behind. Our team reviewed the existing corrosion and worked with our building science team to specify replacement beams and columns to re-store the building’s structural integrity and make it safe for continued use.
