Structural demolition and complete new build for a two-story 10,000 SF private custom home residence, utilizing concrete, steel, timber and masonry materials. Long span timber joints and steel beams were used to minimize column locations to create large entertainment areas within the home. A reinforced concrete mezzanine was designed at rear of home for high capacity entertainment areas.
