Provided full design and project management services for the building envelope repairs to the 12 storey apartment building. The scope of work for the project included a complete redesign of the cladding system with a new EFIS overcladd system, new thermally efficient windows and doors, new custom balcony railings and a new inverted roof system and a engineered exoskeleton to support the new overcladd system.
